"Care in the Esperance Emergency Department"

About: Esperance Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I have had several occasions of requiring ED care recently and have spent a bit of time in the Emergency Department at Esperance Health Campus. On one occasion I had a long wait for RFDS flyout & the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was pain free, comfortable and supported throughout and even went to the trouble of finding me a bed to sleep in ED rather than a trolley. You know who you are and I thank you for your caring and helping me through what was a worrying time for me as a patient.

More recently I presented again and received extremely high standard, professional and compassionate care from the attending RN's and Medical Officers. Emergency Departments can be very frightening environments & I felt the staff again went out of their way to make me feel safe and reassured. Thank you all.
