"Knee arthroscopy"

I arrived for surgery at the requested time. Within an hour, I was on the operating bed.  From the receptionist through to the surgeon, all staff ensured I was aware of what was happening, including waiting times, next steps, procedures, post care, etc, etc. 

The staff I saw were exceptionally friendly, professional and caring. I felt comfortable and supported during the entirety of my 24 hour stay. The operation went smoothly and without concern. During my short stay, on top of the theatre and operating staff, I was visited by kitchen staff, several nurses, a physiotherapist and the chemist. All with the intention of providing care and support. I couldn’t be more thankful.
