I just wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to the two nurses and the GP who looked after my little one today, Saturday at around 3ish pm. We came in with a really nasty croupy cough, and you were all so calm, caring, and reassuring from the moment we arrived.
Even though we came in at the last hour before closing, you still took the time to try different options, give him the medications he needed, and make sure he was comfortable every step of the way. Your patience, kindness, and genuine care made such a big difference on what was a very stressful day for us.
I’m truly grateful for everything you did — it means more than you know.
