My grandfather unfortunately suffered from a fall and was transferred to Hornsby hospital for their subsequent treatment
I wish to commend Dr Alvin from palliative care. Thank you for explaining everything that was happening with our grandfathers condition and walking us through the process. Thank you for letting us know our options. Thank you for ensuring that our grandfather received impeccable care before his passing.
It's always hard to lose a family member. However, knowing his last few days were comfortable helps ease our grief. My family and I are thankful Dr Alvin and the wider team at Hornsby hospital.
