"Present with possible sepsis"

About: Myrtleford Hospital / Urgent Care

(as the patient),

During my holiday in Myrtleford, I had to visit Myrtleford Hospital Urgent Care because I suddenly had trouble swallowing and there was a concern about possible sepsis. It was really scary, but the nurses who looked after me were amazing.

They knew exactly what to do and explained everything in a way that made me feel calm. Noraida was especially great — she put in the cannula gently, gave me the right medicines, and quickly called the doctor.

I felt so relieved and well cared for. Thank you to the whole team for looking after me during such a stressful moment.

Thank you for your feedback redgz37.

I am glad to hear how our nurses cared for you during your stay here. I will surely pass this message to the team especially to Noraida.

Hospital trips are usually stressful and I am really proud how professional and compassionate our nursing staff deal with such situations.

Again, thank you for your kind words.

Kind regards,

Margarette Roxas
