(as the patient),

I was admitted to Day Surgery early this month for a procedure. From the time I walked in through the doors everyone was friendly and professional. The staff in Day Surgery were amazing and despite the volume of patients they deal with each day, I felt that they gave me personal care above and beyond my expectations. A lovely robe and warm blanket helped so much and made me feel snug and safe. The department is a credit to all the staff who work there.
