"Volunteer Emergency Dept"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

A big thank you to the beautiful volunteer lady in the ED dept. My son was flown in by RAC Helicopter with severe injuries. She came up and got my son’s name to check for me how he was going as I was unable to see him. She had the most beautiful way about her and nothing was a problem. She treated everyone else with respect in the waiting room. What a lovely asset you have. I’m not sure what her name was but she was there around 11ish on. She made my waiting bearable being a stressful time. Thank you so much xx

Dear Unsatisfactory,

Thank you for taking the time to share your kind words about one of our volunteer staff. Feedback like yours means a great deal to us.

Our volunteers are an invaluable part of our service. They generously contribute their time, compassion, and energy to support our patients and consumers. The care and dedication they bring to their roles make a meaningful difference every day, and I am incredibly proud of the important work they do.

I will pass your message on to the relevant senior staff so it can be shared with the volunteer team. I am sure your feedback will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you again, and I wish you and your son all the very best.

Kind Regards

Ben Noteboom,

Executive Director

Royal Perth Bentley Group
