I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the extraordinary support my mum received from Ryan during her illness. Ryan is the Chronic Conditions Care Coordinator in Albany.

My mum was admitted to Albany regional Hospital with severe heart problems, a situation that brought immense stress to both her and our family. In the midst of this challenging time, Ryan emerged as our guiding light. His compassion, dedication and unwavering willingness to help gave us hope and comfort. Ryan took the time to explain my mum's current and future condition in a way that was both clear and considerate striking a balance between honesty and reassurance. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure my mum's comfort connecting us with the relevant services and resources we needed. His positivity and genuine care made a world of difference. We are endlessly grateful for all the assistance he provided during this difficult period  Thank you Ryan for being a true source of inspiration and support to our family.
