(as the patient),

I called them to see if they had received my referral and they hadn't.

After talking with me regarding it, Tamara asked me to send the referral to her urgently. 

She called me 10 minutes later asking if I was able to get to the department in the next 10 minutes as they would squeeze me in as they felt i was too urgent to wait until the next appointment in February 2026.

I have had previous bad experiences with Kal Hospital so this treatment was a shock and so gratefully received. 

I cannot express how amazing Tamara, Adrian and Dodo are and I wish them to be acknowledged for their beautiful, caring nature's and amazing service.

They are a shining light and credit to the Kalgoorlie Hospital and their blood is worth bottling.

Thank you for acknowledging me, I appreciate it and your time.

And yes, the MRi team is definitely an asset to the hospital, I think it is a pity you can't clone them 😁
