Our daughter had an unexpected injury which prevented us from going on a planned trip overseas. To get our trip refunded, we needed extensive proof from the burns unit at PCH.
After explaining this via email, Michelle and Tania went out of their way to write us a letter and provide medical documents which we needed to get a full refund. They were extremely helpful and we are very grateful for their help.
