"The Excellent GP & Nurses care at Alpine Health Bright"

About: Bright Hospital / Urgent Care

(as a relative),

Attended the Urgent care clinic in Bright in the early hours of Thursday 4th December 2025 with my husband who was showing symptoms of a heart attack

The nurses on duty were efficient & professional in their care & I was instantly relieved as they continued to handle the situation with their skilled training

The on call GP was called & the treatment for my husbands condition progressed with him being transferred by Paramedics to Wangaratta Hospital

All this took place in a calm & efficient manner

We were holidaying from NSW at the time of this incident so it left me feeling grateful for the quality of care that was given in unfamiliar surroundings

Dear Husbands-Heart,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent visit to Bright Hospital - Urgent Care.

We are very pleased to hear that the nursing staff and on-call GP provided efficient, professional and calm care during what would have been a very stressful situation for you and your husband. Your comments about their skilled assessment, clear communication, and coordination with Ambulance Victoria for your husband’s transfer to Wangaratta Hospital are greatly appreciated.

We hope your husband is recovering well and wish you both all the very best.

Kind regards,

Kristy Hinton
