Hi,

I would like to give some feedback about the home care worker - David - who came (for the first time) today. He was so lovely with our older person (100 years old!) and spent a little time chatting with her, which she loved. He is a hard worker, did a good job of the cleaning, and got everything done that needed to be as well as a bit extra.

We are so pleased to hear that David made such a positive first impression and that he took the time to chat with your older person as well as completing the cleaning thoroughly. Building respectful and friendly relationships, especially with our older clients, is something we value greatly, and it is wonderful to hear this was reflected in his visit.
