"Recovery/rehabilitation"

Hi, for the last 13 weeks, I have been in a rehabilitation center. live lived well, and what a journey it has been! 14 weeks ago, I hit rock bottom; I was lost and confused about a lot of things. I was in a very dark place, so I took the first step to get help. At first, I did not want to do it; I was nervous and did not know what to expect. But I can honestly say now that I did the right thing.

It has changed my whole life, and I have a whole new outlook on life now. I just want to say a big thank you to the whole team at Shanty Creek Rehab. I will never forget what you guys have done for me. I'm so grateful for all your guidance and support. Now, to my case worker, I just want to say a big thank you. Change is possible; you just have to put in the hard work and you will get there, and be honest with yourself. Once again, thank you!
