"Armadale / RITH once a week for 5 sessions"

About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as the patient),

I think it was a great option for people that can’t get out. Kate was my physio and she was very friendly helpful and encouraging, made you feel safe and she gave me the right exercises to continue on with. She made sure I have the out care, so next week I have assessment for the group therapy. She made sure I had everything set and ready so that I continue. She was very careful too, only pushing where I could go, she explained that as I get better the swelling will go down and I will get more extensions. She was very realistic when it came to pain. Overall, a fantastic service from the hospital I think, to do the home ones and then a referral to the group ones. Kate was just marvelous.
