After a long 12 month plus wait a few check in emails about child pead services we continue to be made to feel like we are a “hassle” and met with really uncompassionate responses.
Administration staff we've interacted with at the consulting suites in the last response about checking in friendly if there was any updates was met with a blunt no updates no appointment and you won’t get anything quicker. Even though that was not asked. we appreciate the long waits. But please be kind, people on these lists have very bad things going on at home
