After completing six weeks and thirty sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy at Prince of Wales Hospital, I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team for the exceptional care, professionalism and support I received throughout my treatment.

To Linda, Office Manager — thank you for your polite, caring, and unwavering commitment to supporting all patients. Your guidance during the initial consultation, throughout the daily treatments, and during post-treatment follow-ups was invaluable. Your support of the facility, nurses and doctors does not go unnoticed by patients.

To Dr Glen — thank you for the initial consultation, facility tour, and treatment familiarisation. Your explanations were both informative and extremely comforting, helping to put me at ease from the very beginning.

To the nursing staff — Haley, Kate, Kirsten, Mia, the Megans, Brian, and Ewan — you are a truly dedicated, informative, caring, motivated, and radiant team. I think that your commitment to patients, carers, and one another is remarkable. Please be very proud of the work you do; I believe the Prince of Wales Hyperbaric Unit is truly blessed to have each of you as part of the team.

A special thank you to Haley and Kirsten for the many conversations we shared before and after my treatments regarding blood sugar management / diabetes. These discussions were genuinely life-changing and have given me a completely new perspective on eating and lifestyle. This was proactive, compassionate, and thoughtful nursing care, for which I will always be grateful.

Thank you also to Kate for our conversation on my final treatment and for forwarding the information that Haley had arranged — it was very much appreciated.

Finally, a heartfelt thank you to Dr Bethany, for your enthusiastic leadership, dedication, professional care of both myself and other patients, and your outstanding representation of NSW Health, Prince Of Wales Hospital & the Hyperbaric Unit. Future patients are truly fortunate to have you as part of the team. Please be very proud of your career and continue to pursue your future endeavours with confidence.
