"Out patient clinic."

About: Northam Health Service / Outpatients and Post-Acute Services

(as the patient),

I had a physiotherapy appointment at Northam hospital. There was a mixup wth times partly on my part. The therapist Wes was very understanding and managed to squeeze me in  before Christmas as it's a time when I am very busy. He is a very obliging young man with an excellent patient manner. The clinic is also very clean and tidy. Wes listened to me and I felt heard. I felt as though we were true partners in my care going forward.

Dear Happy chappy 51,

Thank you for sharing your experience with the physiotherapist at Northam Hospital.

We are very grateful that you took the time to provide this thoughtful feedback about your recent physiotherapy appointment. It’s wonderful to hear that despite the mix‑up with appointment times, Wes was able to accommodate you during such a busy period. We are delighted that his understanding, caring manner, and partnership‑focused approach helped you feel listened to and supported in your care.

We have personally passed on your thanks to Wes, and he was genuinely appreciative of your kind words. Positive feedback like yours reinforces the compassionate and patient‑centred care our teams strive to provide every day.

Thank you again for sharing your story, and we wish you all the best with your ongoing physiotherapy journey.

Warm regards,

Regina Michel‑Huessy
