"Care in the urgent care for abdominal pain"

I recently visited Myrtleford Hospital due to abdominal pain, and I can confidently say the staff were fantastic. From the moment we walked into Urgent Care, we were well taken care of. It was a busy morning for the nurses, but Nuraida, who was assigned in Urgent Care, did an exceptional job.

She clearly explained everything—from how long it would take for the GP to see me through to the discharge process. Nuraida was patient, caring, and very knowledgeable. Despite juggling three patients in Urgent Care, she even found time to chat with my 18-month-old niece, which was greatly appreciated. She provided prompt and attentive care to every one of us.

Thank you to the Myrtleford Hospital urgent care team, for making a stressful visit much easier. Highly recommended!
