Thankyou to the maternity nursing staff (Kaylene and Sam) for the exceptional care I received during medical treatment for miscarriage. 

Your kindness, empathy, attentiveness, respectful communication, and the resources you provided made a painful experience feel less overwhelming.

I am deeply appreciative of their support during such a vulnerable time.

I felt very proud reading about the care Kaylene and Sam provided. Supporting individuals and families during such painful and vulnerable moments requires great skill and compassion, and it is evident they were able to offer both throughout your admission and afterward.

I will share your feedback with them so they can know how much their kindness and efforts meant to you. I would also like to add my own appreciation and acknowledge the excellent work they, and the entire maternity team, do every day to support our community with sensitivity and care.
