"back on my feet"

About: POWH Community Assessment Unit

(as the patient),

I am so thankful to the staff on the community assessment unit. Two times I came after hurting my back and everyone I saw was so caring and helpful. The physiotherapist Olivia and Jody were lovely they spoke to me with respect and planned with me how to get back home safely.. They made me laugh and I felt cared for. The staff kept my family informed and I didn’t have to worry about anything.

I am now at home having my rehab for the next few months and starting to feel more confident.

Thank you very much.

Dear turkeygd59,

Thank you for your very positive feedback for our Community Assessment Unit (CAU) Physiotherapists Olivia and Jodie.

We are extremely fortunate to have them both in the CAU. A laugh along the healing journey makes all the difference. I hope you're ongoing care and rehabilitation at home has continued with such positivity.

I will be sure to pass on your feedback to Olivia and Jodie.

Kind regards,

Brenton Ciani
