We attended the early parenting unit at Koowee rup hospital for help with our 4 month old baby who has difficulty napping and falling asleep. We had the pleasure of working with Kerry and Helen. They were so welcoming, and had a wealth of knowledge in regards to sleep and settling babies and also caring for our baby in general. They answered all of our questions, and gave me the confidence to work out a plan to follow to help with our baby sleeping in the day and also through the night. Based on my experience I would highly recommend attending this fantastic day at Koowee rup hospital. I only wish it was made as a suggestion when my baby was first born so we could have had some guidance early on. Thank you so much Kerry and Helen, you were both fantastic!
