"Emergency Treatment at Fiona Stanley"

About: Fiona Stanley Hospital / Emergency Department Fiona Stanley Hospital / Physiotherapy

(as the patient),

Dear Sir

I was rushed to Fiona Stanley on 31 Dec morning after a fall from the bicycle.

This is to appreciate the timely treatment provided by the hospital.

It is equally more important to thank the physiotherapy and recovery actions by the physio department.

Pls pass my thanks to

-Ms Taryn the leader

-Ms Caitlin

-Ms Eleanor

Ms Taryn impressed me because of her communication, participative and pointing to my effort, and keep her constructive approach to my recovery thru suggested excercises. She seems very experienced and takes keen interest in her assignment.

Both Caitlin and Eleanor helped me with the excercises as per directions of Ms Taryn without any ambiguity and went through excercises formally. I was impressed.

I would like to mention Steve who did help and brought in additional equipment and made adjustment to fit in my needs.

I will cover the effort by other departments who too did respond very well and looked after me very well

Dear beidpd94,

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback following your recent admission to Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH). We truly appreciate your kind words about the Emergency Department and our Physiotherapy team.

It is wonderful to read how well supported you felt throughout your treatment and recovery. Your recognition of Taryn, Caitlin, Eleanor, and Steve is greatly appreciated, and we will ensure your thanks are shared with them and the wider Physiotherapy team. It’s clear their communication, encouragement, and commitment made a meaningful difference to your experience, and I am also pleased to know the other teams involved in your care provided responsive and compassionate care.

Thank you again for taking the time to recognise the dedication of our staff. We wish you all the very best in your continued recovery.

Kind regards,
