"My trip and care at Bunbury regional hospital"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Everyone treated me really well but I forgot to mention a nurse that looked after me. Her name was Nikki and she was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and safe and cared for. I had a large gash on my forehead. Thank you Nikki. I'm feeling a lot better now .Cheers alphatj44.

Dear alphatj44

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely feedback. I'm really glad to hear you're feeling a lot better now after such a frightening injury. It means a great deal to hear how safe and cared for Nikki made you feel, and I will be delighted to pass on your thanks to her.

Take care and wishing you a smooth recovery.
