(as the patient),

During the past couple of years we have been using the Gaburdiny Centre Renal Nurse team. The team of amazing staff have always been kind, helpful and caring. They have gone above and beyond all expectations to give us excellent care. The service they provide is exceptional and have made our difficult health journey so much better. We would like to thank them very much for everything they do, and continue to. Life is so much brighter with them helping us. Thank you

We are incredibly fortunate to have such a caring and compassionate team, who continually go the extra mile to ensure our renal patients receive high quality care.
