(as the patient),

January 2025 I suffered a near full detachment of my right retina. I was in the operating theatre the day after diagnosis and well looked after by the nurses, volunteers and Doctors in the following convalescent days.

Today I had my 12 month follow up, and have had 3 others in between time. All is good .

A big shout out to Dr Ivan the surgeon, nurses  Barbera and Asthma (yes really) and all the others I have seen on each check up. First class people offering first class care.
