"Birthing at Bentley Midwifery Birth Centre"

About: Bentley Hospital / RPBG Midwifery Birth Centre

(as the patient),

I birthed my 4th baby at the Bentley Midwifery Birth Centre under the care of Emily and Liz. The entire experience was outstanding and I will cherish the memories forever. Emily and Liz clearly are passionate about their profession and do a wonderful job! I cannot praise them enough.

From the very beginning of my care at Bentley, I felt like my choices were respected. The facilities are modern and the best I've seen after birthing at other centres in WA. The environment was also relaxing and I believe this is why I had a very straightforward and quick birth. I particularly appreciate the continuity of care and postnatal check ups for 6 weeks after birth.

I'm extremely thankful to have birthed my baby at Bentley and hope that more birthing centres are opened in WA. I think that the model of care offered in the MGP program is fantastic and needs to be more accessible for women.

Emily and Liz will be deeply touched by your kind words. They, along with the entire team, are dedicated to providing safe, respectful and personalised care, and it is wonderful to know that their passion and professionalism made such a meaningful difference for you and your family. I will ensure your compliments are passed on to them.

I am also pleased to hear that you felt supported in your choices from the very beginning of your care, and that the facilities and environment contributed to a calm and straightforward birth. The continuity of care offered is something we are very proud of, and your feedback reinforces the value this model provides to women and families.
