"Care at the Bruce Rock Hospital"

About: Bruce Rock Memorial Health Service / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

I rushed my wife to Bruce Rock Hospital on a Thursday morning. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and rushed to get a wheel chair. The nurses on duty were extremely professional, caring and helpful. There was no doctor on duty at the time but we were fortunate that a lovely nurse named Gloria (who had just flown in) came to have a look at her new workplace before starting her official first shift the following day. She was so caring and helpful whilst not even officially on shift. She went above and beyond and stayed with my wife for the whole day, liaising with doctors via the phone and organised the Royal flying doctor service to take my wife to Perth to the following day. I can't praise her enough for professionalism, selflessness and CARE.

A massive Thank yo to Gloria and the whole Bruce Rock Hospital team.
