"Sutherland Hospital Emergency Department Staff"

About: Sutherland Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I arrived with gall bladder issues. All the nurses where amazing. Empathic and professional. The Nurse Practitioner was amazing and always checked in on me the whole time I was there even when I moved to short stay.

Although it was a long day there, I felt heard and supported.

Dear alphatj95

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I was so pleased to hear that our nurses and Nurse Practitioner provided empathetic, professional care and continued to check in on you throughout your stay.

A long day in hospital can be challenging, so it’s wonderful to know you felt heard, supported, and well looked after during your time in our care.

Your feedback means a lot to our team, and I will make sure your kind words are conveyed to the staff.

Wishing you all the best in your recovery.

Yours sincerely

Vicki Weeden
