About: SMHS Rehabilitation In The Home (RITH)

(as the patient),

I was referred to RITH and was visited by Chris Physio and Lisa Therapy who were both very understanding and professional. My husband was not at home however, my daughter was. My husband was very pleased to have received a phone call from Chris regarding their visit and explaining ongoing care etc.
