"No duty of care"

My close relative took themselves to hospital after their gp surgery was shut. They were seen by a doctor in ED who just sent my relative home with a puncture wound to their ankle without cleaning or wound dressing or antibiotics.

Another Dr chastised the the first doctor in front of my relative for not identifying it as a puncture wound . Then they left my relative in a room with no idea what was happening for 2 hours! When my relative came and happened to see the first doctor passing they asked what was happening and was told to go home! Still open and uncleaned and to see their Gp in a week!
