About: Prince of Wales Hospital / ASB 3S - Community Management Centre

(as the patient),

I was referred by respiratory physiotherapist at Prince Of Wales hospital to Bridge to Community exercise program.

Johnathan visited me once a week for six weeks at home for exercise. Had a positive experience he is very professional and knowledgeable.
