At 90 years of age, I went to the physio class every wed. Great people and a fun time I attended a similar class a few years ago. Everyone was very caring

I didn't want the class to end. 

I did all the exercises and they watched every movement made by myself + everyone in the class.

A wonderful experience. So glad I went - thank you.
