"PATS Dongara"

Wanted to say thanks to the lovely and very professional PATS clerk in Dongara health service. A few weeks ago I brought in a pile of forms from visits to Geraldton relating to my second pregnancy. The clerk took the time to go through the forms with me and explain that there were some that I was not eligible for, she double checked the policies and explained the rules in a very clear way. I was so happy to be informed and was aware that there is a wait time for processing and reimbursement so I understood what to expect. However I didn't expect a follow up phone call to let me know exactly what had been processed, the rates and expected payment date. I feel this was above and beyond and the PATS clerk obviously goes the extra mile to deliver personal, speedy and professional service in what I can only imagine is a high pressure and often overlooked part of the healthcare system.
