"Feeling unsupported at my clinic"

Asked doctor who is never meet before could they please refer me to a women’s health clinic as I was having trouble with periods and feeling out of sorts emotionally she said that wouldn’t be a problem

That was 2 years ago, have asked recently to my new doctor, they said they couldn’t help me, Whilst seeing this doctor in clinic in August 2025 I asked for a series of scripts one of them being for reflex and they said they would write that script up for me an didn’t receive it, whilst there also received a script for my epi pen which previous other doctors had written in the past.

The doctor had written the wrong medication which had been discontinued a long time ago, while I was there i also asked the doctor to please take of the hold on medication as was only able to receive one repeat at a time as hadn’t been in clinic for a long time. They saidno problem they would, when I went to pick up scripts they had written, they hadn’t lifted this so could only get one at a time which was super inconvenient for me as I live 45 mins away from pharmacy.

Fast forward to my phone appt from the cf clinic last month, the doctor who took the consult said “Oh I see you havnt been in since 2023” I was surprised as I had been in Aug 2025. They then said “there was no notes of my appt” which frustrated me even more as this managing to cf is like a full time job and I feel like they are making it even harder for me to manage it. 

Also in Jan I have email a particular staff member to ask to get my Port flush as that is who I would email since a previous staff member has resigned. I still have had no reply so now it has been a long time since my port has been flushed.
