"Prince of Wales Hematology and Oncology unit Lev 4"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / L4 NCCC - Haematology Oncology Day Centre (HODC)

(as a carer),

My wife was a patient in the oncology unit 4  North with Stage 4 Pacreatic cancer. As a family this is a terrifying time and we are all dealing with a lot of emotions. The nurses and doctors were absolutely fantastic in making us all feel at ease and guided us through a very trying time. A special shout out to the staff  Emily, Maddie, Sophie, Grace, Alyssa, Tom and doctor Hanna. They were patient and caring with us, and nothing seemed like too much effort.

Dear whiskeyzx45,

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent experience in our hospital. We are very grateful for your kind words of recognition of our clinical staff who were involved in your wife’s care.

We strongly focus on Person Centred & Compassionate care which is delivered with the highest standard especially patients are in the very challenging stages of their lives.

We are delighted to read how impressed you were with your experience and how grateful you are for the staff's dedication and professionalism. We will make sure that your kind words of gratitude and appreciation are shared with the entire 4N team.

Kindest regards,

Inge
