(as the patient),

I presented to Boyup Brook emergency department with a pregnancy related issue. Bec was so kind and empathetic. She made sure I was comfortable and regularly came to check if there was anything I needed. Bec managed to make a stressful visit a positive experience in the hospital. Her cheerful conversation made my time there, calm and enjoyable. Thank you Bec!
