There's only one working iphone charger that works at the charging station so I see clients crowding and waiting for the iphone charger. When someone mentioned this to front desk, I saw they didn't do anything about it and dismissed the staff member. Is it really that hard to replace one faulty iphone charger? Does the front desk staff think this is too much effort for them?
