About: Lives Lived Well – Watershed Residential Service (Wollongong)

(as a service user),

Lives Lived Well (Watershed) addiction recovery day program was a lifesaver for me in early recovery. I had no friends or family left who wanted anything to do with me. Darrelle and Sam were friendly and kind and made me feel like someone cared about me and my recovery.

It was so helpful to have somewhere to go 3 days a week to get out of my own head. The other people in recovery made me feel like it wasn't just happening to me.

Well done on completing the day program through Watershed. It is a great place to learn the skills for living in the community while navigating the challenges of recovery.

It sounds like you have thrown yourself into the day program and gotten a lot of the service.
