(as a relative),

My daughter went to PoW ED and experienced excellent care from the doctors and nurses. Everything was clearly explained. The dept was busy but they responded in good time and did not seem flustered or harried.

Esp Dr James and Nurse Sinead

It is most pleasing to read that you were impressed by the composure and professionalism of our staff. We too are very proud of our wonderful ED team, and we frequently receive feedback from our patients acknowledging the care and treatment they received as exceptional, even during these busy periods.
