"MAPS Osborne Park Hospital"

About: Osborne Park Hospital

(as the patient),

The MAPS program at OBH has been amazing! I had a midwife (Caylin) follow me through all my antenatal and postnatal appointments including at-home visits after birth. The continuity of care is great in that I don’t have to continuously explain my medical history or my preferences to a different person each appointment. I also had a phone number direct to my midwife that I could call/text any questions or concerns to, and being a first time mum this was great reassurance for when I wasn’t sure on something. Bringing life into the world is such an emotional and vulnerable experience and Caylin treated me and my baby with absolute dignity and professionalism. Based on my experience, I highly recommend the MAPS program to women who are expecting!

Dear oscarpb47

Congratulations on the birth of your baby and thank you for reaching out to share your wonderful experience with the Midwifery Antenatal Postnatal Service (MAPS). I am so pleased you felt well supported throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey with the continuity of care provided by your primary midwife Caylin.

Your feedback highlights the benefits that come with continuity of care, and we are so grateful for your recommendation of the service. I will be sure to pass on your beautiful feedback to Caylin.

Wishing you and your family all the best.

Warm regards,

Melinda
