I just wanted to say thanks to the Palliative care team in the Kimberley who were with me looking after my Mum who passed away last month. The help and care they gave to my Mum was amazing. Especially Meg, Lizzie, Dr Laura, Donny and Linda. You guys were awesome. Thanks for your help xxxx
