Approximately two years ago I arrived at the Victorian heart hospital in an ambulance this was the second time.
I could barely stand up, I was left in a cubicle for 19 hours, not even a glass of water never saw a doctor, once every few hours a nurse would stop by.
I was told I was too overweight, well I've been working my backside off since I was 15 years old. I'm in my 50s and I was made to feel as if I'd been sitting on a couch for 30 years eating and watching TV, it just felt degrading.
When I left there of my own accord, very slowly struggling to breath because of my heart condition, them at Monash health sent a letter to my GP saying I got impatient
before this I had 4 outpatient appointments, they did nothing even though they knew I had heart problems when I made an official complaint all they could do is give me the number to lifeline
