"Essential Thrombocythemia (ET)"

About: Royal Perth Hospital / Haematology (Anaemia and Blood Cancer) Care

(as the patient),

Luckly I was referred  to Royal Perth Hospital WA due to my platelets being unusually high and thankfully met Dr Zi, Haemotologist. Her deftness in pin pointing the issue was truly amazing. Dr Zi honed in, recommended I consider being on a current trial as my criteria met the requirements. I had no hesitation in accepting her suggestion. Thanks to this and the advised medication my platelets are levelling. I have to say that Dr Zi’s care, empathy, intuition, follow ups is to be recommended and her team are just as dedicated in every which way. I couldn’t be more grateful being under her care.
