I had a very positive experience being checked in at the Prince of Wales Emergency Department. The process was smooth, efficient, and well organised, which immediately helped put me at ease. Emily (she may go by Em) was extremely friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout the interaction.

She took the time to clearly explain the check-in process and what to expect next, which I really appreciated. She also went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable by offering water, coffee, or tea, and providing clear directions to the bathroom without me having to ask. These small but thoughtful gestures made a big difference during what can often be a stressful and uncertain time.

Their calm and caring approach, along with their attention to detail, created a very positive impression of the department. Their professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed, and she is a great asset to the team.
