"Attendance at urgent care"

My partner had a motorbike accident recently and attended urgent care for check up. 

Investigations showed fracture to rib and slight puncture. 

The team were very understanding and although department not designed for trauma, completed all necessary checks.  Information on findings were communicated well,  treatment options and care pathways communicated well.  Great friendly team.  Our LOS was extended due to delayed communication back from a different hospital's trauma team, resulting in plans to be discussed for potential overnight stay. Great team,  great attitude and professional care.
