"The care I received"

About: Margaret River Hospital St John Ambulance WA

(as the patient),

I recently spent time in hospital and wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the incredible staff who cared for me during that time.

At Margaret River District Hospital, the nurses Ruth, Kate, and Netty were absolutely amazing. They were not only professional and attentive, but also genuinely kind, patient, and reassuring. They made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable, and I always felt safe and well looked after in their care.

I also want to extend my gratitude to the ambulance transfer nurse, Misha, who was so calm, supportive, and compassionate throughout the journey. It made a huge difference during a time that could have felt overwhelming.

A big thank you as well to the St John Ambulance staff, Lucas and Karen. Their professionalism, kindness, and care did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything they did to support me.

Every single person I encountered went above and beyond, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the people they help. I feel incredibly grateful for the level of care and compassion I received.

Thank you all for making a difficult time so much easier—I won’t forget it.
