"ED at Pemberton"

I had just been to my new GP and left feeling distraught, unheard, shamed and like a 5 year old. I went to ED to see if they could help. Tracey the RN on duty was amazing, she listened and empathised. She made me feel comfortable and that my issue was not nothing. Like the rest of the staff at Pemberton District Hospital…..wonderful, professional, and supportive.

Tracey made me an appointment with a medical centre that afternoon, and I saw the doctor, he was also amazing, gave empathy and understanding. Thank you both so very much
