"Coronary Catheter Lab Port Macquarie Base Hospital"

About: Port Macquarie Base Hospital

(as the patient),

Attended as an Outpatient at Port Macquarie Base Hospital for a coronary angiogram with possible stenting.

From reception to pre-op care, theatre care and post-op care i was met with genuine care, assistance and  guidance.  All the staff in the unit - nurses, doctor, radiologist, trainees and assistants were happy, friendly, patient, caring gentle and supportive.  I felt listened to, not rushed.  Was treated with dignity and respect at all times and advised of what was happening and reassured at each step along the way.  From admission to release, with a successful outcome of a healthy heart not requiring stenting,  I could not fault the care.

I felt listened to,  lifted up in spirit, supported, protected and cared for by true angels of nursing, doctoring and support care.

Thank you all and may God bless, care and protect for you all as you extend His love and care to us.
