"Kindness and good advice"

About: Broome Health Campus

(as a parent/guardian),

The registered nurse and Dr Geoff who attended at 11pm on 6th April were so wonderful towards my son with his broken toe. My son appeared stoic but underneath was very anxious so their kindness and good advice was reassuring and then he was able to get to sleep.

Dear Onetwo,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this lovely feedback.

We are so happy to hear that the nurse and Dr Geoff were able to support your son with kindness and reassurance during what was understandably an anxious time for him. Knowing their care and advice helped him feel settled enough to rest means a great deal to our team. We will be sure to pass on your kind words to them — they will truly appreciate it. We wish your son a smooth and speedy recovery.

Kind regards

Millie Stewart
