"Feedback on Receptionist"

I had a small surgery booked and checked in at Reception. Brad is the best medical receptionist I have met in my 75 years of life and worldly experience. He just naturally gets it - considerate, compassionate and highly competent. He quietly builds confidence if I am a bit nervous about what is coming up. And he does eye contact instead of shuffling documents or looking at the screen while talking to me unlike like many other receptionists or staff I have seen who are busy being busy when you need to speak to them.

I think Brad is definitely a Keeper.

If I was recruiting staff for my own business, I would poach him!
